PIG LARP is a half day live action roleplaying event at PIGSBURGH SQUEALERS RESCUE. Attend in costume as any character you want and help run live adventures for PIGS in the of the infamous Goat LARP

Where and When?

PIG LARP will take place at PIGSBURGH SQUEALERS RESCUE in Tarentum, PA

Date: April 20, 2024

Address: 130 Lampus Ln, Tarentum PA 15084

Cost: $50 (includes dinner and complementary treat bag)

Time: Opens at 1 PM

Food: Snacks and dinner including Spaghetti, Salad, and Bread. All food is vegan (gluten free available upon request)

Alcohol: Bring your own. Be responsible

Tickets: Available via Eventbrite

In the evening we’ll have a bonfire where you can sacrifice old larp stuff in the tradition of the GOAT LARP. The event will formally end at sunset.

GOAT LARP

PIG LARP was inspired by a small LARP called the GOAT LARP. The event took place at Jibe-iT Goat Farm in Redding, Conneticut. Pigsburgh Squealers had already been holding Pig Yoga sessions that were inspired by the rising trend of Goat Yoga, so it seemed only logical to take the next step and marry the two brainchildren to build on this new style of Live Action Role Play! What’s next? Dog LARP? Cow LARP? I’m excited to see what comes next!
